Question 1

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Question 2

What happens after the 3-month minimum?

Accepted Answer

After the 3-month minimum term on Business or Enterprise, your plan continues month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.

Question 3

Do I need any technical skills to use Starter or Growth?

Accepted Answer

No. Starter and Growth are designed for DIY self-serve. Your built-in Ai assistant guides you through setup step by step — no coding or technical experience needed.

Question 4

What's the difference between DIY and done-for-you?

Accepted Answer

DIY plans (Starter and Growth) are self-serve — you set up and manage everything yourself with Ai guidance. Done-for-you plans (Enterprise) mean our team builds, runs, and optimizes your entire Ai marketing system end-to-end.

Question 5

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Starter and Growth have no setup fee — just sign up and go. Business and Enterprise include a one-time setup fee equal to one month's subscription, covering onboarding, configuration, and initial campaign setup.

Question 6

How fast can I get started?

Accepted Answer

Starter and Growth are live in minutes with guided setup. Business and Enterprise onboarding typically takes 3-5 business days depending on customization.

Question 7

What happens if I go over my included usage?

Accepted Answer

You're automatically billed pay-as-you-go at the published per-unit rates. There's no service interruption and no penalty — just usage-based billing for Ai conversations, texts, calls, and email beyond your plan's monthly allowance.
